FEATURED PROJECTS

What we're building

101 Old Hall Street

Mountain Earth was appointed to deliver a full replacement of HVAC systems at 101 Old Hall Street, a complex live environment housing both government departments and commercial tenants. The works involved security access, phased decants, complex logistics and precise coordination to maintain building operation throughout.

Uptown

Mountain Earth delivered a 156-luxury apartment residential scheme on the banks of the River Irwell in Manchester city centre. A high-spec development built within a constrained urban site where logistics, quality and programme control were critical.

University of Leeds

Mountain Earth was engaged by the University of Leeds as principal contractor to deliver façade repairs and coating works across nine listed campus buildings. The project involved complex access, heritage considerations, and live site management, with all works carried out while maintaining public and operational access across the university.
