What we did

Built on a tight riverside site with limited access and neighbouring residential developments, Uptown demanded meticulous logistics planning and strict safety procedures.

We managed all delivery routes, storage and sequencing, operating a just-in-time programme to maintain steady progress in a highly constrained location.

  • Acted as management contractor for all client-direct packages
  • Coordinated M&E, lifts, kitchens, facades and FF&E installations
  • Maintained close alignment with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Ensured consistent quality and minimised disruption throughout delivery
